Here is some wrestling trivia for you. These are some things that you may or may not have known about past and present wrestlers.

Brian Adams (Crush)

Brian Adams used to be Randy Savage’s bodyguard when Randy was touring to promote his CD.

Batista

Batista got into a real-life fistfight with Booker T in 2005. They fought because Batista thought he was better than the other wrestlers. Batista provoked the fight between him and Booker T.

Booker T

Booker T got the scar on his shoulder in a motorcycle accident in 1987.

John Cena

John Cena is left-handed, but throws right-handed. He favors his right arm in the ring.

Mr. Perfect

Mr. Perfect and Ravishing Rick Rude were childhood friends. Mr. Perfect and Bret Hart were good friends despite their in-ring feuds.

Doink The Clown

Doink the Clown was portrayed by many people including Jeff Jarrett and Chris Jericho.

Triple H

Triple H used to date Chyna in real life.

Randy Orton

Randy Orton was in the United States Marine Corps where he was dishonorably discharged for going AWOL twice.

He also suffers from hypermobile (double jointed) shoulders.

Edge

Edge and Christian are real-life best friends and not brothers. Edge and Lita had a real-life relationship while she was with Matt Hardy and while Edge was married. His wife at the time was the sister of wrestler Val Venis. Edge and Lita’s affair was written into a storyline.

The Undertaker

The Undertaker won his first professional wrestling title on April 1, 1989 from Jerry “The King” Lawler.

Kane

Kane used to wrestle as Dr. Isaac Yankem, DDS.

Honky Tonk Man

Honky Tonk Man is the real-life cousin of Jerry “The King” Lawler.

Honky Tonk Man had real-life feuds with Hulk Hogan, Dynamite Kid, Bret Hart, Ric Flair, Kevin Nash, Ted Dibiase, and Ricky Steamboat.

Rowdy Roddy Piper

Rowdy Roddy Piper is the distant cousin of Bret Hart.

Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy claims that Sting, The Ultimate Warrior, and Shawn Michaels are his childhood inspirations for wrestling.

Jake “The Snake” Roberts

Jake “The Snake” Roberts is credited for training Diamond Dallas Page and Raven. He also taught wrestling psychology to Steve Austin and The Undertaker.

Ric Flair

Ric Flair was in an off screen rivalry with Bret Hart. Ric criticized Bret of exploiting the death of his brother Owen. Ric has also had feuds with Shane Douglas and Mick Foley.

    Oh, I can never forget Ric Flair. He thought he was the man and Roddy Piper.

    wow so roddy piper and bret are related I never knew that I always wondered why he said he remembered Bret from when he was little in that conversation before their match.

    I thought piper was just typically mouthing off as he does lol gotta love him.
