For starters, I feel Chris Benoit is the best no matter what he is to have been belived to do.

Chris Benoit:
Wrestled for ECW, WCW,and WWE. Benoit accumulated a total of sixteen championships as a singles competitor, and is officially recognized by WWE as a two-time World Heavyweight Champion. Benoit was a decorated tag team competitor in all three promotions, and a seven-time World Tag Team Champion. He is also one of 23 superstars to win the Royal Rumble and one of only 2 superstars to win as the first entrant.
Hulk Hogan:
Wrestled for WWF. Hogan was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2005. He is officially recognized by WWE as a twelve-time World Heavyweight Champion, six-time WWE/F and six-time WCW Champion, as well as a former one time Tag Team Champion with Edge. He was also the winner of the Royal Rumble in 1990 and 1991.
Shawn Michaels:
Wrestled for WWE/F. Michaels is officially recognized by WWE as a four-time World Heavyweight Champion, three-time WWF Champion and one-time World Heavyweight Champion, as well as a former Tag Team Champion. He was also the winner of the Royal Rumble in 1995 and 1996.
