Roger Federer Thinks Tikka Massala is Ace

Wimbledon 2009 winner Roger Federer was a particularly loyal customer at one Indian restaurant during Wimbledon. The tennis supremo visited the Rajdoot restaurant in Wimbledon so frequently during his stay in England that the owner ended up giving him a 10% discount after the first week!
Other tennis stars, such as Venus Williams, Andy Roddick, Maria Sharapova and Lleyton Hewitt also ate at the local curry house, as well as retired legends Martina Navratilova and Andre Agassi.
Six time champion Federer was apparently a massive fan of the Rajdoot’s Chicken Tikka Massala, which was personally delivered to him by waiter Mo Rhaman. Mo said of Federer when speaking to London Evening Standard: “He is a really nice guy, always friendly and smiling and he loves Indian food – but not too spicy. He treats everybody with respect. He is a good all round guy.”

I love Indian cuisine…favourite dish is Chicken Korma but I’ll eat almost anything that’s medium-hot. Roger Federer is not only ranked No. 1 in the world..he also has excellent taste when he eats out.
