Week Sixteen of 2013 Los Angeles Marathon Training
Due to me having to attend a press conference for the new "Die Hard" movie, I had to miss my training session with Team to End AIDS. But after the conference was over, I went out to the gym to do my eight mile recovery run.
Week Ten of 2013 Los Angeles Marathon Training
This week brought me back to Griffith Park in Burbank, California where we had an easy six mile run. The only thing that threatened to stop us in our tracks was the fact that the morning weather was more frigid than Los Angeles should allow.
Week Nine of 2013 Los Angeles Marathon Training
Because of a press conference I had to attend for "Parental Guidance," I was unable to attend the Saturday morning training session with Team to End AIDS. I did however make up for that by running on the treadmill the following day at my local 24 Hour Fitness gym.
Week Eight of 2013 Los Angeles Marathon Training
This week had us running five miles. While it was not one of the most exciting of runs, it still shows us making good progress in our training. But this run did have one special addition which made it unique, a lot of fog!

Week Six of 2013 Los Angeles Marathon Training
For this week’s training I am in Northern California to celebrate Thanksgiving with the family, and I end up doing speedwalks by the ocean and doing my training on a treadmill at the local gym.
