The NCAAs’ oversight committee for men’s basketball recently passed a proposal that will give college underclassmen the opportunity to return to college if they back out of the NBA draft and if they have not signed with agents.

The full NCAA membership will vote on the measure in January 2016 and if approved, the proposal takes effect for the 2016 NBA draft.

The NCAA appears to have done something positive for it college athletes.
