Crawl:

This trick is one of the easiest there is and is great for begginers. This trick is done on the belly and involves the use of windmill arm motion and flluter kick. The most difficult part is breathing as your head will be under the water most of the time. The arms are to be cupped and have to perfrom the windmill motion, the wrists and hands are to be relaxed, both the arms need to be pulled at an equal force while making an “S” pattern in the water. The legs kick in the same way as backstroke, and you are done.

Breaststroke:

Breaststroke is among the most difficult swimming techniques, in this stroke you will need to glide in the water adn move your body up and down, this technique is not for begginers as you need to be good at swimming to do this technique. You need to pull your arms, breathe and kick as you swim. When you start your arms should be overhead and as you bring them towards your chest you need to pull on the water. Keep your hands cupped as you bring them towards the original position, you need to breathe everytime you stroke with your arms. As for the legs, bring the knees to your chest and thrust the legs backwards, keeping them straight. you need to push the water and move forward, to do this snap your legs together.

Butterfly:

Butterfly stroke is also a difficult one, in this one the legs the legs move together in a dolphin kick, meanwhile push the water backward and downwards using both ypur arms together. Kep your hands cupped to pull yourself through the water. While facing the palms outward, try pressing down and outwards. To complete the stroke move your arms together in a sweeping motion, above the water, use your legs to kick by keeping the knees together, while slightly bending them. Now straighten them and give a downward thrust and your feet downward. Remember for every single arm stroke you need to kick twice and you need to breathe at the end of the arm stroke.

Enjoy the tricks.
