Swimming gear:
When swimming there are some tools that can make swimming easier for you, like the most important swimming gear are goggles, they can be bought from any sporting good store, try to buy one that matches your eye socket, for most of the swimmers they can not keep their eyes opened in water as it is difficult for them, so the goggles are best for them as they stop the water from getting in their eyes. The second tool is a swimming cap to protect your hairs from the chlorine in the water.

Swimming:
Now hold on to your mate or the edge of the pool and start kicking slowly, parallel to the floor. Most of the beginners in swimming aren’t used to the feeling of discomfort. But it’s no problem as you will soon get used to the feeling. Now once you get comfortable with kicking, you need to practise holding your breath under water, it may seem difficult but you will get used to, the feeling of water makes you feel like your are floating. Now in order to swim under water you will have to join your hands in front of your head like an arrow and relax your muscles so you starts to float, now time for your feet to start working, slowly start paddling in the water, it will be hard to do it in the first time but you will get the hang of it. Swimming is very easy and once you are relax and comfortable you will see that it becomes even easier, swimming is also a great exercise and you can also take help from coaches and lifeguards there as well.
