The Texans: Why Live in Houston

Week 5.

Weren’t the Texans doomed to fail since the beginning? Wasn’t Reliant Stadium and the Astrodome placed on sacred Indian lands? The Oilers never did anything and the Texans suffers heartbreak after heartbreak. Today was no different.

The score was 21-0 at half and the game looked hope less. I wanted to leave town and hide my head in shame after watching that action take place. There was a glimer of hope during the second half as our defense stopped the offensive juggernaut of the Cardinals. We allowed only 43 second half yards asfter giving up 297 in the first. Slowly and surely we climbed our way out of the 21-0 abyss and managed to tie the game 21 all. We had the ball and we were on a mission to snatch the lead untill it happened. It being the interveption from Matt Schaub to Domonique Rodgers-Cromarite and he returned it 48 yards.

Then we got the ball back and got to the 1 yard line and in three plays there was no hope. Chris Brown could not get it over the line and the Cardinals defense really pulled it through.

Just if you didn’t know: Andre Johnson is a beast he totally blew up three guys en route to a touchdown. He is by far the best reciever in the national football league.
