The NFL and Concussions

Maybe It Started In College.

oh, how people jump upon the “blame train” when popular assessment is tossed to the public. Case in point the negative comments directed toward the National Football League for the way the handling athletic concussions. It reminds me, of the uneducated college athlete “Little John Doe” that could read or spell his name. But blame the instructors and administrators for his stupidity.

Oh, it didn’t matter that he was stupid in high school or at the elementary level. With the NFL getting blamed for memory loss, of athletes. It strange that no one is putting blame upon players(that we know) has played the sports ith injuries and never alerted the doctors, coaches, at anytime about their injuries.

As, we know many college male athletes can’t be innocent, from acceptance of blame. We have witnessed them steal. We have witnessed them abused drugs. Only getting caught through mistakes or honest level players. And, there’s a great chance that their college mates isn’t going to derail their professional career, by advising coaches of their injuries.

Male athletes” Code of Silence” runs deep in college sports then coaches are willing to accept or admit. We have heard certain athletes admit personally they play the sports of choice without alerting the doctors, trainers or coaches. We truly knows that football is a brutal game similar to boxing. Where physical blows are level toward certain parts of the body. As much pads they wear. There’s no guarantee that certain parts, of the anatomy won’t be affected.

Still, you have former and professional players, within the NFL playing the blame game. If, requested to sign a contractual agreement to play professional sports, at your own risk. Many players would sign in a heart beat.
