Parkour: A Way of Life
I decided to write an article on the great art of parkour, I am myself a free runner and a traceur(one who practices parkour).

when i was younger i use to see people flying and doing insane acrobatics and i always taught to myself, one day i am going to be one of those persons doing those amazing tricks. A few years later i discovered that they were doing a sport called Parkour and free running. well this “movement” cannot be called a sport since a person practices without equipment and there are no rules, rather it is called and art. The purpose of Parkour is to get from point A to point B as swift and efficiently as possible by the means of wasting as less energy as possible. Parkour is also a philosophy since it teaches great morals in life. For example it teaches people how to get out of tough situations by quick thinking, it teaches a person how to overcome obstacles in a day to day bases. But Parkour doesn’t only improve mental and spiritual well being but physical as well. Parkour increases speed, balance, strength, and hey it also looks freaking awesome!!!! So to all of the people out there that are always thinking about doing Parkour but you don’t know how to start, just go on youtube and look it up. Or just go out and bust your asses a few times, that’s how i learned.
