Croatian national water polo team is one of the best water polo teams in the world, and they came here to win gold medal. Olympic gold medal was only medal which they did not have so far. Now they have olympic gold medal!

In the first round of qualifications, Croatian national team has won the match against Greece.

In the second round, in a much more difficult game, Croatia has won the match against Spanish team.

In the third round we played against very strong team from Italy, but Croatia has won that match for first place very easily.

In the latest round, Croatian team has played against Kazakhstan, and Croatia has won that match.

With all five wins Croatian water polo team has shown that we are biggest favorite for the gold medal and they had a great support from us and from English fans during the tournament.

In the quarter-final, Croatian water polo team has convincingly won the match against strong team of USA.
