NHL 13 brings several new innovations to the franchise including a complete overhaul of the skating mechanics called”True Performance Skating” which supposedly makes the game look and feel much more realistic. Players will be able to skate faster and at varying speeds. Turns will be a lot more fluid and don’t expect to be able to stop on a dime at a moment’s notice anymore. This enables them to learn from and react to things must faster. Its effectiveness will most likely be governed by each player’s”awareness” stat and gamers will also be able to customize how their team reacts to certain situations.
