Losing Weight: My Story
I will try to update this as I go along. It will just be my losing weight story.

Now that my Track season is done I can start dieting and doing my own exercise. I will weigh in later today I should come in around 290-300, which is really dissapointing.
I have started a calendar trick that I learned from youtube. It is called “Don’t Break the chain.” Basically you get a calendar specifically for each goal that you want to do. I have one for working out, one for school, and a last one for Triond. My goal is to work out every day for at least 45 minutes.
I started my work out yesterday, and today I start my diet. I am feeling pretty good about it. I will be doing a combination of cardio and strength training. I prefer strength training so that will be the majority, but I will add more and more cardio in as I go. Yesterday my workout was:
Bench Press- 3 Sets 10, 8, 6, With weight increasing by 5 each time starting with 25 plates on each side and ending with 35’s on each side.
Biceps- Standing one arm curls 3 sets of ten with a 20 pound dumbell
Triceps- Extension 3 sets of 10 with a 20 pound dumbell
Squats- 3 sets 10,8, 6 starting at 25 on each side, then 35 on each side, then 40 on each side.
I also did a short ab work out. I did 30 seconds of each ab exercise and went through the cycle twice. The ab exercises I did was, crunches, side crunches, bicycle, toe touches, planks, and side planks.
As far as cardio I did the elliptical, but I might do bike one day and the treadmill another.
