Chess and Volleyball Games
Beach volleyball is played on a sand court with two players instead of six. The court dimensions and its positions, and the scoring are similar to that of the traditional six-player game.

Volleyball is a court played indoors or outdoors by two teams of six – a side, three located in front of the attack like and there behind. The court is 18 m by 9m, divided into two 9x 9 meter “team courts’’ by a one –meter –wide net placed such that its highest point is 2,43 m above the ground in men’s competition, and 2.24 m for women’s competition.
The aim of volleyball is to use any part of the body above the waist to send a ball over a net, so the opposing team is unable return it. A team may touch the ball up three times before returning it.
A specialist who can substitute freely in the back row may not serve, spike or rote into the front row-wears individual colors.
New points system
- each match best of five sets
- set on when a team gains 25 points (15 points in the final set) with a two lead

Chess game
The game of chess was invented in northwestern India in the sixth century AD and was called Chaturanga, which is Sanskrit for four –member since the Indian army at that time comprised four divisions- the infantry (padati), cavalry (ashwa), chariots (ratha) and elephants (hasti) – this was considered equivalent of an army game.
There are 318,979,564,000 (31, 897 crore 95 lakh 64 thousand) ways of playing first four turns in a game of chess. There are 169, 518, 829, 100, 544,000, 000, 000, 000, 000 ways of playing the first ten turns of a game of chess.
Winter games
The Olympics consist of the summer games and the winter games. Formerly they were held in the same year but since 1994 they have been alternating two years, e.g., the last summer games were held in 20004 and the winter games in 20006. Next winter will be held in 2010. The winter games are made up of seven approved sports the biathlon, bob-sleighing, figure skating, ice –hockey, huge, skiing and speed skating.
