Body Building: Get Strength, Health and Respect!

Fitness is much more than just improving your endurance. Strength and flexibility play great roles in your health as well.

Mainly there are three types of exercise: Strength or building, endurance or resistance and flexibility or stretch. I trained endurance with the bicycle for three years before giving up because the bicycle needs too much time for the desired effects, the training is very expensive (unless you neglect the good training) plus the only outcome is more endurance, you have no extra strength or flexibility.

Now I’ve just started with Body building and stretching and I will go to my limits with these two new sports because they are my childhood dream. Two possible ways: you either join a club or you do it on your own. The club is the best option because not only you get motivation but you also get safety which is much more important. On your own you need to learn all by yourself which will make your brain much bigger and the risky side of this way of life will make you much stronger generally.

The choice is yours.

Before attempting to stretch your muscles and pump some iron, you are advised to read the best books about those subjects. It’s very easy to injury yourself, maybe no lethally, but serious enough to put you in bed for two weeks and maybe even kill your dreams of practicing this sport ever again.

Be wise, read first, practice second, success only after.
