OK, I confess: I told a lie. Or at least, I clicked a lie. I clicked the “I like it” button when I have no opinion, for or against whatever it is you have posted here.
I could rationalize this wrongdoing by redefining the terms used. After all, the pronoun “it” could stand for almost anything. It could be that I just liked the fact that you posted something today, or even that I like the “I like it” button.
Or I could just plead ignorance. The only sport I really enjoy is aerobic shopping. Or I could plead insanity. That would be the closest thing to truth.
