we all play some sport and we all like some  of the specific sport, because sport is something which is one of the most important part of our life,sport is not merely a sport but it is a thing which rejuvenates us and while playing we forget all the worries and tensions and just focus on the sport,so in this article i am going to write the benefits of playing badminton.

BENEFITS OF PLAYING BADMINTON :

1. FULL BODY MOVEMENT:

while playing the badminton the whole body movement is done,each and every part of our body is in motion continuously as in this game there is no rest time in between so the more the game is played the more the body movement is there.

2. INCREASES STAMINA :

the game of badminton is a continuous game and while the game is on you have to be in movement continuously and as much as the player plays the game his/her stamina also develops amazingly,because in this game in between there is no rest and the one who is having more stamina last longs in this game,so by playing badminton stamina increases.

3. INCREASES CONCENTRATION:

in the game of badminton you have to put your all focus on the shuttle,and if you loose your focus on shuttle you may loose point, so this game of badminton increases concentration.

4. INCREASES MENTAL ABILITY :

in the game of badminton we have to take frequent decision to win the game,and also counter attack the opponents move so this game not improves us physically but also mentally as well.
