Every year, I watch thousands of goals since I am interested in football matches. I follow the matches from not only my national football league but also other leagues like Premier League, La Liga and Bundesliga. Naturally, I watch wonderful goals every weekend. I like watching talented players like Messi, Ronaldinho, Zidane, Kaka, Tevez, Cristiano Ronaldo and others. Besides such talented players, I like watching wonderful goals. There are many goals which have impressed me very much, but the following three goals are unforgettable for me.

Diego Armando Maradona (Argentina-England, 1986 World Cup in Mexico)

Maradona is one of the best players of all times. He is an Argentinian striker. He started his football career in Argentinos Juniors in 1976. He scored 116 goals in 166 matches while playing for Argentinos Juniors. He transferred to Boca Juniors in 1981 and became the legendary player of Boca. Maradona played for Barcelona, Napoli, Sevilla and Newell’s Old Boys teams. He also played in various tournaments like World Cup, South America Cup as a player Argentinian National team. His two goals to England are unforgettable because he scored his first goal by hand. This goal is known as “Hand of God”. The second goal is one of the best goals of all times. Watch it:

Lionel Messi (Barcelona-Getafe, 2007 Spanish Cup)

Lionel Messi is the youngster of Barcelona and Argentina National team. He started his football career in Newell’s Old Boys youth team as an amateur player. He was diagnosed with a growth hormone deficiency. Because of this problem, he moved to Spain. Then, he participated to Barcelona youth team. His success in youth team carried him to Barcelona A team. In 2005, he was invited to Argentina National team by Jose Pekerman. He played 30 goals in 72 matches for Barcelona and 8 goals in 26 matches for Argentina. His goal to Getafe in Spanish is one of the best goals of all times. This goal reminds everyone of Maradona’s goal to England in 1986. Watch it:

Oktay Derelioglu (Turkey-Belgium, European Championship Qualifications in 1997)

Oktay Derelioglu is not as popular as Maradona or Messi. He is a Turkish striker. He played for Besiktas, Fenerbahce, Trabzonspor, Samsunspor, Akcaabat Sebatspor, Istanbulspor, Las Palmas, FC Nurnberg and Khazar Lenkoran teams. He is currently playing for Fatih Karagumruk in Turkey. He scored an incredible goal to Belgium National team while he was playing for Turkish National team. Watch it:

Good article, how do u get the Utube vids in your article?

not sure about the 3rd goal, i could find a better one, was just hopeless defending in my book, and messi gets a few lucky bounces, great goal tho.
