Stade de France

Location: Paris, France

Capacity: 80.000 viewers

The French football team uses this stadium for almost every game. As you can see, it is one of the most beautiful stadiums in the world. Except for football, here you can play rugby and other types of sports.

Alianz Arena

Location: Munich, Germany

Capacity: 69.000

Located in the home town of Bayern Munchen, this stadium is a “dream come true”. If you ever have a chance to visit Munich you should DEFINITELY go and watch a football match here.

Nou Camp

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Capacity: 98.000

This stadium has a long history. Its initial capacity wasn’t very close to 98.000 in the past. Some of Nou Camp facilities are: memorabilia shop, mini pitches for training matches, and a chapel for players. Yeah, a chapel.

Emirates

Location: London, England

Capacity: 60.000

Welcome to the new Emirates stadium where everything is possible :) . It is located in North London and it took 430 million pounds to built. The result…see if for yourself.

San Siro

Location: Milan, Italy

Capacity: 82.000

This is the home of the two giants in football, Milan and Inter. Believe it or not, the construction of this stadium started in 1925! On average, 52.000 people attend on every match during the Serie A league.

Estadio Azteca

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Capacity: 105.000

Azteca is the fifth biggest stadium in the world. It is marvelous to see the sight, to feel the atmosphere…it is great to go there and watch a football match. If you ever have that chance, don’t miss it.

Are you ready?

Santiago Bernabeu

Location: Madrid, Spain

Capacity: 80.000

Santiago Bernabeu is DEFINITELY the most awesome stadium in the world. Say whatever you like, I won’t change my mind. If you’re Barcelona fan, I feel you…but that’s the way it is. Barcelona will never have better stadium than Real Madrid.

That’s all. If you think that some stadium should be added let me know in the comments section below.

Amazing selection here. Anyway, despiting British people, I guess your article would do better if you translate it into Spanish… The readers of Triond in Spanish are much more interested in soccer than Australian, American, Canadian, etc.

How in the World was Olympic Stadium in Berlin Germany, not on the list????? HELLO! That stadium, it’s architecture and the oval shape plus the Monument in front of it, make it my favorite of all stadiums. Anywhere in the World that is.

San Siro in Italy, would be my 2nd favorite had it not been for having too much of that Black steel hovering over too much of the field. I Love the concept, it looks awesome, and very intimidating.

As far as my 2nd favorite, I’d have to go with Stade De France which hosted 1998 WC won by France. Love the white partial cieling which hovers above the stadium and Love the look of it from the outside. Love it’s configuration.

Soccer City,in South Africa, it’s a beautiful stadium in it’s own right, but the visors dont cover the field enough.

Olympico Stadio in Rome Italy, where the 1990 World Cup was held is also beautiful. It’s sort of in it’s own intimate location.

Azteca Stadium in Mexico is also Awesome. Love Giant venues.

You missed something, that Olympic Stadium of Athens should be at the list of the most beautiful Soccer Stadiums. Except his capacity, it is about 70000 seats, has a nice architectural view. The architectural design had been supported from structural analysis, because we have earthquakes in Athens. Also the Olympic Stadium is connected with the center of city and the suburbs with metro, public buses and a lot of big avenues in a such a way that for someone to be easy and fast to be there.
