The Millennium Stadium has an impressive UEFA 5-Star rating and has hosted matches from two Rugby World Cups including the Final in 1999, witnessed two Wales Grand Slam successes in the RBS Six Nations, staged six English FA Cup Finals while Wembley Stadium was being re-built and has hosted the many big concerts and amazingly some motor-sports events as well, the Millennium Stadium will also play a part in the London 2012 Olympics as a host venue for the football competition.
This is a general seating plan for the stadium which will be the setup for an all-seater event, for reduced capacity events such as motor-sports, or events using the pitch surface for spectators standing such as concerts, the seating plan may change and access to certain seating blocks on this map may be restricted.
In the Millennium Stadium each of the seating blocks comprise of a series of rows, each of these rows are numbered sequentially upwards starting with number ‘1′ at the bottom of each block, each numbered row then contains numbered seats, the number of seats in a row may change as this is dependent on the size of the block, entry instructions to a ticket holder’s seat will be printed on the ticket, this will state the Gate number, Staircase number (if applicable), Aisle number, Block number and Seat number, the Aisle number determines the entry point to the seating block.
