There we go again. Hates to say this, but once again, anguish is back to The Arsenal football supporters. Shame really, but it has been a good five years of no joy. Season after season, we have been coming with one excuse after the other. No, the team is still young, it will grow old together, no, injuries are costing us otherwise…, the excuses are endless. At the bars, social events, or wherever, we have had to listen to people ridiculing us, saying how much we play sexy football with no results. I have to admit, if leagues where won of how many ball possessions you have and or how many passes you complete, we would win it year after year.

But let’s admit it, it’s the three points that matters. Arsenal, for all the sexy football they play they lack ruthlessness. They are far better ball players than Chelsea and Man U combined, but they do not have the spirit to execute. So much for the name, the Gunners. The armless would do. Oh, and why, why do we take all this time to nature and raise players only to sell them when they are ripe enough to do the job. Forget Adebayor, but Hgleb, Flamini and Henry. God knows we missed those three after they left. The manager trust too much on young talent, but it has so far let him down. Fact, he has never won the league with young inexperienced players. The last group to win it, the invisibles, where all experienced players in their late twenties. Why now he thinks he can win it with not many experienced players is beyond me.

Just look at our midfield. Fabregas and Song cant do it alone. Please forget Denilson and Diaby. The two are just a waste of space according to me. Denilson does nothing for the team. He doesn’t have decisive passes, doesn’t over lap, and except a few interceptions here and there, his contribution leaves much to be desired. In fact, he does more for the opposition as his fouls in dangerous places always leads to goals against us. God knows we are as useless as it could be when it comes to defending set pieces and free kicks. Enough said about Diaby. The guy just can’t pass even when a good opportunity presents itself. He holds on to the ball for too long, and always ends up loosing it. That, my friend would be attack aborted. God forbid.

Bendner! Where do I start. Nowhere really. The guy has no business playing for a team like Arsenal. Birmingham, yes, Arsenal, a big NO! The same would go for Ebue.  The guy can do everything for an attack, only to fall when he’s left with the post. Sabotage. He should be fired. I personally would have Ramsy and Wilshere anytime for those three. Waste of space they are. But all the blame must go to the manager. He insists on playing them, despite their very poor quality and in turn has cost us a lot of games. And please, why sell, if you won’t buy. The way things are going, even Liverpool hasn’t waited enough for a title. I think maybe my grandchildren would be the first to witness the Arsenal lift a trophy after so many years. And I am only thirty.
