Stop Blaming The Managers
Football Manager always seem to get the blame for a teams bad proformance even if its not their fault.

Every time a UK Football team goes through a loosing streak the press seem to jump straight in creating rumors that they will be gone if thee team loose again. I find this unfair as it is not always the managers fault the players and club owners have a role to play in club performance as well.
Some times the best players are injured so the manager has to play players that are not as good but when they don’t perform and the team loose the press seam to automatically believe that the managers neck is on the line.
If a team is not proforming as well as the owner would like them he should alacate some money to aquire some better players to build up the talent within the team.
