Real Madrid Kicks Off Season

Last season Real Madrid brought back Florentino Perez as their manager who is known for ushering the Los Galacticos. Three days after his return he bought Brazilian superstar Kaka for a fee of 64 million euro. Perez continued buying players such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzima. Last year Barcelona dominated in La Liga and Real Madrid did not get any titles. Perez stated that “if you want to win you have to buy the best players.” In friendly games the team has won games with scores such as 5-0. This Friday the season will actually begin and Real Madrid will vs. Deportivo la Coruna. This year Real Madrid should succeed unlike last year and hopefully win some titles.
