How to Dress for Soccer
Soccer is a beautiful game, but you can’t play if you don’t wear the right uniform. Here’s how you dress for soccer.

- Wear your socks over your shinguards
- Wear cleats, you can wear turf shoes if you’re on the turf, but those aren’t allowed on the grass
- Tuck in your shirt. Make sure you tuck in all sides, not just the front
- If your hair is long then wear a ponytail. I know it’s embarrassing, but would you rather be embarrassed or good?
- Don’t wear jewelery, you could get yourself or others hurt.
- If it’s too cold out, then wear under armor
- Wear shorts because you can’t wear anything else
- Wear a mouth guard, you don’t have to, but it’s a good idea
- Don’t wear jeans, they slow you down
