Barry Hall punches Brent Staker out in the West Coast Eagles v Sydney Swans Game.

The AFL on April 13 saw an incident that shows just how rough the game can be. In the first quarter of the West Coast Eagles v Sydney Swans game, forward Barry Hall had punched West Coast star Brent Staker in the head. Brent’s eyes rolled to the back of his head as he fell to the hard ground from the rough punch.
Barry Hall is expected to get a penalty of at least 4 weeks. Some say that he could loose his captaincy position. West Coast fans were delighted however later on in the match when Hall ran into a metal bar on the sidelines on the football ground, which caused him bleeding from the head and a suspected broken wrist at first signs. Barry Hall is apparently a very good boxer and was offered a 10 million dollar deal in June last year.
