Do not know the history of football in particular, and how it started or initiated, but  a game called Kojo
Modern football evolved and grew up in Britain. The desire to change the British rugby violent as an official sport in British schools to a sport organization that does not contain the violence also has rugby. The only school that had their representatives at the meeting was school. Following this meeting, held more than five meetings between October and December, resulted in the first set of rules for the game of football. At the last meeting, the Secretary-General of the English Football Association, which was representative of  Rugby Club, withdrew his club from the Football Association after the adoption of the removal of two of football rules: the first is to allow the ball by running, using hands, and the second was to disrupt the opponent (as it does in rugby). The rest of the clubs did not follow the English Rugby Football Association, but instead that, and in 1871 formed another union, the Union of rugby football. The eleven remaining clubs, under the responsibility of Mr. Ebenezer Cobb Morley continued to ratify the original fourteen rules of the game of football. In spite of this, the Sheffield United Football Club have continued to practice the game with their own rules until the seventies of the nineteenth century.
Rules of the game day set aside by IFAB, which stands for International Football Association Board or the Council of the Federation of international football. Council was established in 1882 after meeting the Football Association in Manchester, and the Football Association in Scotland, and Football Association of Wales, Football Association of Ireland. And the Organization of Football Association International, is an international organization founded in Paris in 1904 and stated that they would abide by the rules codified by the IFAB. And because of the great popularity of this sport have joined the organization with the IFAB and FIFA in the year 1913. The Council consists today of 4 deputies from the Organization of the FIFA and one deputy from each of the four British organizations
