Welcome to my guide to South Africa. Here I will attempt to tell you everything you need to know about visiting our country but I am going to steer clear of all the usual, mainstream destinations.
Yes, I will show you all the stadiums and tell you a bit about them, the towns that they are in and the facilities around them but my main aim is to introduce you to a 200km radius around these towns… places that are just waiting to be visited, explored and enjoyed.
I will give you general info, tell you what South Africans are like, tell you what to expect and give you tips on how to make your stay as amazing as possible.
South Africans are generally very hospitable and helpful so please ask me absolutely anything you need to know. If I don’t know the answer I will find it for you. If you are interested in spending time with a South African family and in the process learning more about our culture, please contact me through comments and I will arrange a stay for you in a town of your choice, free of charge as far as possible. You may give a small donation to express your gratitude but no pressure.
