All is set for another classic encounter between England’s Chelsea FC and Spain’s FC Barcelona. The second leg encounter will beplayed at the Camp Nou.

After suffering a 1-0 defeat against Chelsea in London, Barcelona will host The Blues at the Nou Camp today in the second leg encounter of the UEFA Champions League Semi-Finals.

The Catalans of Spanish football would possibly feature big names such as Gerard Pique, Carles Puyol and Javier Mascherano who might miss out the grande finale just in case they receive a card in tonight’s game and are through to advance to the next stage.

Barca manager, Pep Guardiola can be said to have a full strength side as David Villa, Eric Abidal and Andreu Fontas make a return to the team.  

Chealsea has doubts as to the full strength of danger man striker Didier Drogba who suffered a knee injury in their game against Arsenal.

Defender, David Luiz has been confirmed to miss this game since he is injured and not fit to play.

Extra news from the camp of Chelsea reveals players such as Branislav Ivanovic, Ashley Cole and Ramires will not feature in the grande finale in Munich in case they are to receive any booking in tonight’s game and advance to the next stage of the competition.

Opinion polls from a credible sports site indicate a 52.5% win for Barcelona. 21.9% of the public believes it is a win for the Blues while 25.6% predict a draw.

Barcelona will play a 4-3-3 formation which will feature; Valdes, Alves, Puyol, Pique, Adriano, Busquets, Mascherano, Fabregas, Xavi, Iniesta, Messi.

While Chelsea will play a 4-4-2 formation with: Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Cole, Mikel, Ramires,, Lampard, Meireles, Mata, Drogba.

 

Viewers outside the stadium can stream and watch the match live online at UEFA Match Centre (International).

The time for the clash is 18:45 GMT, 19:45 BST or 14:45 EDT.

Fixx Soccer Channel (US) and Sky Sports (UK) will televise the match live to viewers within range.

    By the way, I am a Chelsea fan and think we can knock Barca out. Thanks for the updates. Me-think Chelsea will play 9-1-0 and not 4-4-2.
