On a visit to Indonesia, David Beckham expressed his grief over the death of Gary Speed.
David Beckham, express my sincere condolences over the death of Wales coach, Gary Speed. In the eyes of Beckham, Speed is a figure of extraordinary and talented player.
Beckham reveals his grief was when LA Galaxy news conference in Jakarta, Monday (28/11) yesterday. Also present at the press conference is Robbie Keane, Landon Donovan and Galaxy coach Bruce Arena.
“Sure, first, I want to talk about Gary. I think he is a figure of extraordinary and talented player. A player who has a sparkling career and has just started a big career as a coach,” said Beckham.
“On behalf of myself, the players, coaches, and everyone in the LA Galaxy, we would like to express our affection for his wife, his son, and his family because they are in a difficult situation,” he continued.
