First of all, health. Healthiness is the first and most important thing in life. Besides eating well and healthy, sporting means a lot when it comes to it. All those running and all the stuff you do, makes you less stressed and healthier.
Many girls hate their body. They think they’re fat, and they’re starting ridiculous diets, they’re not eating. Some of them become anorexic! Instead of that they can go training! It will make them feel better about their self, get fit and healthier. Sport also strengthens bones.

First of all you need to know whether you are more an individual person who likes to do things by its own, or you’re a team person who likes a lot of people working together. Than it will be easier to choose the right sport!
