Run a marathon? Me? That is what most people think or even say out loud when approached with the thought or question as to whether they would run a marathon.
What most of those people fail to understand is that just about anyone can run a marathon with the help of a good marathon training schedule. Every year more than half a million people run marathons. Of those half a million maybe 40 percent are running their first marathon, and it is likely that 50 percent of them actually applied a good marathon training schedule prior to attempting to run their first marathon. I tell you what, if they did not apply a marathon training schedule then they absolutely will if they ever attempt to run another marathon.
A good marathon training schedule is key to not only being prepared for, but for begin able to finish a marathon. Without a good marathon training schedule you are just a jogger, you are not a marathon runner.
For many people becoming a marathon runner is the result of a life changing event like beating cancer or celebrating a special anniversary. If the decision to run a marathon isn’t the result of a life changing event, the marathon itself is often a life changing event. In either case the road to the marathon and beyond should be paved with a marathon training schedule. Completing a marathon is indeed something extraordinary that ordinary people can accomplish with a good marathon training schedule.
If you are considering running a marathon, don’t wait. Start preparing today. The first and most important step to any marathon training schedule is to visit your healthcare provider and tell them about your goal. Discuss your marathon training schedule with them and get them to give you the okay to begin.

Having your friends and family understand your marathon training schedule gives them a deeper understanding and appreciation of what you are taking on. Who knows you may even get someone to join you in your marathon training schedule. It is great to have a partner share your same goal.

I guess this has been happening a lot lately and they were tired of trying to get someone competent to schedule the rooms for minimum wage. Now the building practically schedules itself.
