Trail running 80 km in Paris, 1500 D + m, whose arrival is on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower.
The first goal of 2010 will be the ECO TRAIL OF PARIS. It is a trail running 80 km with 1500m D + whose arrival is on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower!
The next edition of the Ecotrail Paris Ile de France will take place March 20, 2010.
Actually, I do not follow specific training and I keep four sessions per week with a focus on quality because it’s not worth doing too much.

VMA SHORT SESSION:
3 x (200 + 400 + 600) + 200 = 3800m
It was my first full session since VMA short 7 months.
I was glad sepecial the last 200 meters in 30 seconds because I began to regain sensation in the legs!

SPECIAL MEETING OF SPEED
3/6/3/6/3 specific speed = 7350m
1050 m: in 3 minutes 53 seconds
2100 m: 7 minutes 58 seconds
Again, it’s good because it was long.
Once I breathe well, it’s strength in the legs.
Content after the last 1050 meters, I thanked the coach for this session! :-)
I did not really understand this variation in time. Indeed, it began to rain during jogging. Then, it was windy at times during the session on track.
When I finished the session around 20:30, there was severe cold. Grrrr!

At 6am, 1:10 jog recovery Camel with my bag in the Bois de Vincennes! :-)
Bah, I no longer try to understand this climate. Indeed, there was snow in the Bois de Vincennes. It’s a bit of everything.

Superb out session 2:31 long under the sun!
Programme: Footing? cliffs and stairs Cemetery + Gates? 30 minutes marathon speed acceleration?Coast and stairs Cemetery – Footing
Nothing to do with what I was doing so far. It was at times intense, but I was smiling because the legs are well cashed! :-)
I learn not only to run with fatigue, but I also stayed for the 2:31 without eating and drinking.
Of course I can not run at full speed during the ECO TRAIL and I’m very realistic, but it allows me to run by being tired …
As the legs are fine, it’s super relaxing run and I forced a smile when discussing late!
