What a night folks this rodeo company knows how to put on a show; in all the night displayed all of the things you’d see in some of the best rodeos across the country; the night was never dull with the announcer and clown duo along with the array of music clips the mood was set for a night of great entertainment and showman ship. The turn out was great on Saturday night for the small town of Marble falls Texas population approx. 4900 the bleachers were full and I’m sure the kids had a great time as well, the mutton busting was a sight to see these enthusiastic toddlers put on a heck of a display of courage and bravery.

The calf scramble was a local favorite with the young ones; those calves didn’t stand a chance with the posse of young ones that turned out into the arena! what a sight to see.  Overall the rodeo show was a huge hit with the fans, both nights were fun filled, action packed and hair raising. The evening was perfect under another beautiful Texas sky.

Saturday nights saddle bronc performance was a real pleasure to watch the quality of livestock and the skilled riders deserve a round of applause for their efforts and showman ship. The crowd was really involved and the horses were bucking hard, out of the dozen or so bucking horses I was proud to be there and watch as a little bit of everything exploded out of the chute. This fellow here only scored a 63 on his ride and choose a Re-ride but it was impressive to watch a horse go into a spin while jumping and kicking. I watched Ty Murray one time go 92 points on a similar ride, I think the main difference here was Ty got his horse working under him and into a high flying spin by getting in time with the horse and spurring like only Ty Murray could do; that was really a wild and amazing thing to see. I saw strikingly similar potential in both the horse and rider here perhaps someday they’ll match up again. In all it was a great site to see especially in Marble Falls Texas.

The bull riding was equal to the bucking horses in that it represented a broad and diverse cast of  rank bulls. I got to hand it to you bull riders out there and we we’re all rooting for you; boy those we’re some good bulls. This fellow here and I hope he’s alright, Kevin Harris I do believe his name was; he didn’t fair his ride so well this photo here shows the bulls hind leg coming dangerously close to his head with full force; I think he took most of it pretty hard and I’m sure he needs our prayers for him to get over his injuries. I will make a point to follow up on this to see how he’s doing if anyone knows feel free to email me back and please if you enjoy good reading purchase a copy of my latest book at www.outskirtspress.com/bruskranch.com and I will promise to share with you as many of these great events this summer as I can get around to going to. Sincerely Miles L Moran.
