Force India

Force India are a growing team in 2009.

This was Force India in 2008

Force India in 2008 were not so experienced, however they showed some star performances in Monaco and brazil, but there was no luck for them that season which left their drivers Adrian Sutil and Giancarlo Fisichella without a point, Their highest grid slot that season was 12th and they achieved a 10th place at Barcelona. Sutil was running 4th in Monaco but with 5 laps to go was steamrolled out of the race by Kimi Raikonnen.

Now this is Force India in 2009.

Force India made outstanding improvements in 2009 which saw the gain their first ever pole position and podium which was achieved by veteran driver Giancarlo Fisichella at Belgium. The next race Fisichella was released from his contract to go to Ferrari, this saw Liuzzi enter his first race for force India, in Monza Sutil was on the front row starting p2 with Liuzzi starting p7. This was the first time both of Force India’s cars made it into the pole position shootout. The outcome of the race was a 4th place from Sutil and a quick Liuzzi retiring with a clutch problem causing him to retire.
