Sam Hornish Jr. outraced all his opponents in last nights NASCAR all-star race. Hornish also raced his way into the all-star race last season with a second place finish in the Showdown. That position was reserved for McMurray, who nearly lost the opportunity with a windshield full of oil and oil dry.To help guide him around the track, McMurray remained near the bottom of the racing groove and its white line. McMuray considered a pit stop but forgoed it and ended up for the better.
