Everyone, whether large or small, fat or thin, strong or weak is dependent on the others and therefore it helps in every situation. One must rely on the others. These skills also help in career success. This shared experience connects people to each other. The game process is relatively clear and easy. Each player places protective equipment consisting of a mask Groin and a scarf.
Each player receives a so-called “paintball marker” (air rifle) and corresponding ammunition (with food dye-filled gelatin balls). The two opposing teams have separate starting points. The goal is to steal the opponent’s flag at the starting point and bring it safely into one’s own camp.
All in all Pinball is a fun game which develops the skills of co-operation which ultimately benefits the society.

A group from work use to play paintball in my woods every week. It was a blast watching them from a safe distance.
Paintball is my favourite game. I’d never thought of it as a sport but I guess it is!
