If you are reading this then no doubt you have recently played paintball or are interested in playing paintball. A few questions most new paintball players have are.
*Will it hurt? Well most of the time you are hit in the shoulder while peeking around the corner or in the gun or face mask, most of the time it doesnt hurt but if you are hit in soft fleshy spots you are gonna feel it.
*Is it expensive? Yes it is expensive. However it doesnt have to be,some markers are known as pump and of course you have to pump between each shot. Much better for your wallet and also very fun.
*Will it ruin my clothes? No paintballs are biodegradable and non-staining, ive seen bachalar parties wearing tuxedos and I wached them turn orange. They threw a little water on em and let um dry. Good as new.
The 2 most basic types of paintball are Speedball and Woodsball. Speedball is a arena type game with inflatable bunkers and fast shooting guns. Most of the time begginers are pinned down in the back, but very enjoyable to experiance players. Woodsball is played in the woods and focuses mainly on stealth and a good shot. Many new players enjoy woodsball because of the abillity to shoot upon unwary victoms without getting shot.
Most fields have rental guns but they are usaually low quiality and inacurate. Tippman brand guns are durable, customizeable(you can make it look like a real gun) and run well on co2,the cheapest propulsion system. Spyder markers are also cheap and while not as reliable as tippmans, they are faster shooting and lighter. I would suggest one of these for your first paintball gun.
As for paintballs, as long as they arent in stock at walmart, youre good.
