Front snap kick is a basic kick in Tae-Kwon-Do that can be used to easily break objects (such as boards). If you try to use this kick to break a board, then you should use the pad on the bottom of you foot.

How to perform the kick:

  1. Start in kicking stance (Kicking stance is where you point one of your shoulders and your front at your target. Your back leg should be at a 90 degree angle from the front one).
  2. Raise your knee until it makes about 90 degrees.
  3. Extend your leg out towards your target and hit your target with the top of your foot.
