Front snap kick is a basic kick in Tae-Kwon-Do that can be used to easily break objects (such as boards). If you try to use this kick to break a board, then you should use the pad on the bottom of you foot.
How to perform the kick:
- Start in kicking stance (Kicking stance is where you point one of your shoulders and your front at your target. Your back leg should be at a 90 degree angle from the front one).
- Raise your knee until it makes about 90 degrees.
- Extend your leg out towards your target and hit your target with the top of your foot.
