Front snap kick is a basic kick that can be used to easily break objects (such as boards). If you try to use this kick to break a board, then you should use the pad on the bottom of you foot.
How to Perform the Kick
- Start in kicking stance (You should have one shoulder closer to your target than the other. Your toes of your front foot should point towards your target, while the back legs toes should point at a 90 degree angle from your other toes).
- Raise your back knee until it makes about 90 degrees.
- Extend your leg out towards your target and hit your target with the bottom pad of your foot.
