Chicken fights are a great way to train your balance.scles,  Balance is a major skill in martial arts. Chicken fights also help an individual gain a lot of legs muscles.

How to play this game:

-First, you need to get at least two players and a ref is optional.

-The players all start off when the ref tells them to begin.

-The objective of this game, is to (while bouncing on one leg and holding your other with both hands) to knock the other players off their balance.

-The only way that you are allowed to touch another player is with your shoulders.

-If you touch any other players with any part of your body other than your shoulders, then you are automatically disqualified.

-If you take even one of your two hands off of your ankle, then you are automatically disqualified.

-The last player who is still standing with his/her balance and has not been disqualified, wins the game!
