Crecent Kick (Outside-Inside)
This will show you how and when to perform a crecent kick.

Crecent kick is a good way in tournement to get an unsuspected kick to the side of the head.
How to perform the kick:
-First off, you start in kicking stance (Kicking stance is where you point one of your shoulders and your front at your target. Your back leg should be at a 90 degree angle from the front one).
-Next, you twist your hips and bring your kicking leg up and away from your body.
-Make a circular motion with your leg until you conect your blow to the side of your targets head with the instep of your foot.
-Bring your foot in a continued circular motion back to the ground.
