First of all this works best with a stick that throws on line. Basically this means a stick that throws with no lip when you throw over hand.
First you want to line up your legs so that they are in-line to where you want to shoot. Keep your knees bet to have a lower since of gravity. Bring your arms all the way up so that your bottom hand is at your ear. After this you step with your front foot and shoot. This is key, instead of using a full follow-through end up pointing with your stick head at where you want to hit. It is also important to take the shots you are going to take in the game.
Don’t get discouraged if at first it doesn’t seem to work, this is a technique that takes a long time and a lot of practice to get good at.
