Who Will be The 2009- 2010 Stanley Cup Champions?

    This years NHL season will be full of excitment and amazing hockey action again this season. There are many teams who will be top contenders for the glorious Stanley cup. One of the most prized posesions in any sport. It is the goal of all teams and players in the NHL to make their city proud, and to get their ring they all want so bad. There is going to be many teams this season who will have the players, the staff, and the heart to make it to the finals and win the cup, but only one team will be able to accomplish that goal and my prediction will be the Chicago Blackhawks.

     The Chicago Blackhawks have a very  talented young team on their side who just seems to get better every game. They’re young star, Patrick Kane seems to be the best thing to happen to their team. Last year they made it to the tough western confrence finals, getting beat out by the Detroit Red Wings. That will not happen this year, the Blackhawks will be to fast and young for the Detroit Red Wings to handle.

     The Blackhawks will make it to the finals with ease in my opinion this season, but they’re easy road would soon turn rough, as they will face the defending stanley cup champions, the Pittsburg Penguins. This team is WAY too talented to say they will not make it back to the finals, and to say they will not give the repeat a great attempt. They will have one of the greatest and memorible NHL finals we will see in a long time, with most games being decided in overtime with all the fans sitting on their seats in excitment. The series i tihnk will be decided on home ice in the game seven finals, which in my opinion will go to the Chicago Blackhawks.

       This NHL season is looking strong already and seems to be producing alot of excitment for fans and players to enjoy the game from their home, and on the ice.
