Continuing on

As the flightless bird plays in its pen,

A win there has been every now and then,

Our team came through like a storm,

Coming out with a great brainstorm.

Not that they weren’t trying to win all along,

This time they seemed to come out extra strong,

Players from two different positions were lost,

Watch as each of the goalies protect their post.

For a change the officials seemed to be fair,

The backup goalie always sits in a chair,

Even though they were two men down,

There was still help from the team clown.

If the focus can stay after the short break,

See how the other teams get lost in their wake,

They have what it takes to get all the way to the end,

And support of the fans they hope to mend.
