2009 NHL Draft Set to Take Place in Montreal Quebec, Canada

Just after the the start of round 2 of 7 the 2009 NHL draft in Montreal Quebec, Canada that will go from 7:00 pm June 26 and for the next 7 days. Montreal, Quebec was the chosen city due to it 100Th year of success. In that 100 years Les Canadiens De Montreal (The Montreal Canadiens) have acquired 24 Stanley cups, sent 42 players to the hockey hall of fame and retired 16 total numbers. All the Players inducted into the historic Hockey Hall of Fame from Montreal were born and raised in Canada, with the exception of two players. Rob Langway who was born in the USA and Joe Hall who was born in England but raised in Manitoba Canada. The draft will be inside Centre De Bell. Witch teams who did not succeed in this last season hope to acquire players that may or may not be great hall of famers. It’s wasn’t a mystery the first pick by NY Islanders Canada John Tavares (C). Or Sweden’s Victor Hedman (D) was picked second by the Tampa Bay Lightning. as this draft is here teams are picking players in hope of them being the next greats. Such as Sidney Crosby, Alex Ovechkin, or Patrick Kane. Which rookie will rise up to be the next great?
