Body Weight Training is Not Training in Gymnastics

Why not encourage the kind of gymnastics? Gymnasts take years and
years of training to do what they do, and usually starts as a small child. I’m not a little child, and I had no time to spend hours trying to act like a gymnast.

At one point, it works very well in my hands and be done with great body. Again, time for me to come and go as quickly as possible to get from my day. If you have hours and hours and not spend all their time to try to be a gymnast, trying all sorts of complicated movements.

While trying to develop training programs that I receive

Formal training in the books I’ve seen weight training

Pushing all kinds of training and type of handstand tour

Procedures that take place in several of them, except

Created by large traders.

All the time trying to be something you not only lose valuable time. If you want to be a gymnast and a lot of time to devote to this type of training to go ahead and have fun.

No doubt, gymnastics is strong, but I will not say was the strongest. The turn is a form of strength training. Athletes are waiting significance between sets to get your muscles ready for the Iron Cross, the next or the next time on the ground or balance between the rails, why? Because if the muscles

Rested and ready for next year will not be strong NOK to continue training.

Again, I go to the way men and women work harder in the military, a fighter a fighter in a martial artist, not concerned with making a bending iron or an iron cross there is no reason for this is not to save their lives or have a victory in the carpet or the ring.

Stop being fooled into thinking the body is gymnastics training training because it is not.
