Who Should Really be The Number One Team in Football?
How should we determine who should be on top of this dog eat dog world of college football?

Everyone who knows anything about football knows that there is a very large controversy over the BCS system in the college game. It is a ranking system based on record, margin of victory, and strength of opponent.
This system doesn’t always prove to be accurate. For example, Alabama, one of the top five teams in the nation, was blown out in the Sugar Bowl by Utah, a non BCS team. Non BCS teams are often snubbed from bowls and almost always the National Championship. Who is to say that a team that is non BCS, goes undefeated, blows out all of there opponents by 20 points, and has defeated BCS teams shouldn’t be in the Championship?
All the controversy has led to the call for a playoff system similar to that of the NFL (National Football League). The system would be more accurate than the BCS system if more than just Division 1 teams were in the brackets. This would give all teams a chance to win without argument over who is best and deserves to be in the championship game.
Don’t you think it is time someone got rid of the horrible system?
