Should Michael Vick Return to the NFL?

I will talk about my opinion of what I feel about his situation.

I think that Michael Vick should indeed return to the nfl. Partly because I am a huge Virginia Tech Hokie fan, and thats where he went to college. He broke lots of our school records and took us to a NCAA Championship. While he went to school at Virginia Tech he followed good sportsmanship.

Even when he was an nfl star you saw him follow good sportsmanship for the most part. People say that he is a bad person for flipping of the fans that one time. But people don’t realize that he was fustrated in that game and the fans weren’t helping by booing him and giving a hard time. I know he shouldn’t have flipped the fans off, but he have to understand his point of veiw. He showed great manners and courage by appoligizing to all of the ATL fans in a conference.

On the dog situation… trust me, i’m a fan of him but it pissed me off just as much as you. It really hurt seeing such a great talent that is a hero to so many kids screwing up like that. It got me mad because I am an animal person. I couldn’t imagine watching a dog getting hurt so badly for joy and money. That isn’t cool. I was kind of more dissapointed in him more than I was mad. But you can’t act like you don’t make mistakes. But you learn from them don’t you. Its just his mistake was bigger than most peoples’ mistakes. He did serve years in prison and home confinement. My mom used to tell me “You do the crime, you do the time”. He did the time, and he did it with good behavior. So yes, I think he should get another chance in the nfl. He is to good of a talent to not let him play.

If he does return, I am sick of people saying that he won’t be a quarterback. Answer this question, “Are there 32 teams that have a better quarterback than him?”. The answer is no. He is going to be a quarterback within the first 2 years back. He might not be the first few months back because he needs practice throwing and learning the plays and sceme of the offense. But he will retire as a starting quarterback.
