During the romp of the Cardinals, one player stood out more than any other on the Saint’s roster. Reggie Bush.
Tonight, Bush showcased some of the hardest runs we have seen from him his entire career. He continued to impress by putting his head down and finishing runs throughout the entire game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Could Reggie Bush finally the running back that steps up and dominates defenses as the feature back for the New Orleans Saints?
There is no question he has the ability. The only concern is his running style.
If he continues to run the ball like he did tonight against the Cardinals, there is no doubt that he will be one of the best backs in the league. With the addition of a running back such as a “hard running Reggie Bush” paired with the passing game of Drew Brees, the Saints’ offense will continue to put up astronomical numbers for many years to come.
Ok you beat me to it. I was going to write something like this after watching my hometown boy go off on the Cards. Yep, Reggie comes from right here in San Diego town. As a matter of fact, he went to my high school. I’ve never seen Reggie run so hard.
