North Carolina Football 2009

So far this year is turning out to be a great one. North Carolina has been ranked 20th in the Coaches Poll and has a great shot to win the ACC, especially since Virginia Techs star RB went down with an injury and is out for the season. Our schedule isn’t will be pretty easy in the beginning but when we get into ACC play we will have to be great if not perfect. We play two teams from the Southern Conference (Div. II), which are Furman University and Georgia Southern University. The ACC portion of the schedule will be the hardest part with foes including Miami, North Carolina State, Virginia Tech, and Florida State. If we can get by Florida State i know we will have a great chance to win the ACC. Hopefully we will be in the race to get into the BCS Championship but knowing the BCS I don’t think we will ever get into there. All i can say is I’m looking forward to being in the stands and cheering on the Heels!
